Such a pretty white gemstone necklace! The central pendant is a White Jade angel, which feels comfortably heavy in your hand. It is on a strong of white stones in a graduating pattern. The gems include large beads of bright white Howlite, medium and small beads of creamy Mother of Pearl, and little faceted beads of white Agate. Silver toggle clasp.

Thanks to her research in Tanzania, Goodall revolutionised primatology when she found out that the observed individuals had their own personality, the capacity to have a rational thought, and to feel emotions, something that science had never contemplated. She is also a staunch defender of the environment, promoting good health and the ethical protection of our planet. Considering she did this in a time when women were ushered more towards a life of marriage and family than science and education, she was truly revolutionary. What a lady!
