Description
This pearl necklace is classy, sophisticated, subtle and modern. The bib style brings pearls up to date, and the colour of these pearls is so delicate. They are a pale grey with a soft shimmer. They’re also quite small and not uniformly shaped, being cultured freshwater pearls, making them all so uniquely beautiful.
I only have one of these available, so you would be wearing something truly unique!
Silver toggle clasp.
Approx 18″ / 45cm on a Silver chain. This ‘Princess’ length is slightly longer than the choker and is designed to sit right on the collarbone. Because of this strategic length it will fall just below most collar lines, making it the most wearable necklace.
Birthstone: Pearl – Gemini or Cancer
Collection: Helen Keller
BeeJewelled’s necklace ranges are named after those influential and important women we have looked up to throughout history.
As an infant in 1882, Helen was struck by an illness which left her blind and deaf. She bravely overcame the adversity that came with such a debilitating disability to become one of the 20th century’s leading humanitarians and educators, as well as helping to found the The American Civil Liberties Union in 1920.
After college, Keller set out to learn more about the world and how she could help improve the lives of others. Throughout the first half of the 20th century, she tackled social and political issues, including women’s suffrage, pacifism and birth control. In 1946, she was appointed counsellor of international relations for the American Foundation of Overseas Blind. Between 1946 and 1957, she travelled to 35 countries on five continents. In 1955, at age 75, Keller embarked on the longest and most gruelling trip of her life: a 40,000-mile, five-month trek across Asia. Through her many speeches and appearances, she brought inspiration and encouragement to millions of people. Thank you, Helen.
Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.

Due to the nature of handmade, your jewellery may be slightly different to that in the images, however the essential design will be the same.
The materials I use are entirely natural, with differing shapes, sizes and colours. Some may have small natural inclusions or be more segmented with patches of differing hues, meaning that each is beautifully unique.
Don’t forget that in buying from BeeJewelled not only are you getting a one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery made with care and attention by hand, but you are also helping to save the bees and, in turn, our Earth! Thank you.
